Larita Jewelry offers returns and exchanges for items in their original condition, including packaging. Customers can choose to return an item and pay a 15% restocking fee or use the paid amount as credit for a future purchase.
Customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping and insurance. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To start the process, please email support@laritajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that custom or personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Returned jewelry is inspected upon arrival, and items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. Larita Jewelry reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns.
